A quick one from last Saturday’s bi-weekly, family tourney style game...
5th one this year and I’ve won all of em except last week...

This is a VERY unstructured game...
$20 buy-in and pretty much unlimited re-buys.
Makes for some nice winnings though!

It’s all in fun and can go for HOURS!
A couple went for 12-13 hours! Hahahaaa

Here you’ll see why I’m starting a new table build....
This POS is torn, ripped, gouged, Fallon apart!

I know the purists would chastise you for the $10 chip, but I love them. I have a $10 chip in my Palais set, and I think it’s great to get more chips on the table. I also use both $.25s and $.50s in a couple sets. I can only imagine the tongue lashing for doing such a horrendous thing.

Your set’s incredible, and the extra chips are just an added bonus!
5s and 10s AND .25s and .50s on the table are ‘allowed’?! This changes everything.

Not my night tonight. After rivering a small boat that initially flopped as a set of two's, I went into the end of the rebuy period at just above average stack. The whole hour after the chip race I was absolutely card dead, to the point that I was down to 6 BB's going into the final table.

I picked up K9 suited which was the best hand I started with for over an hour and won back 3 BB's. I called a 5 BB shove that had A3 off with Q10 and the Ace held. Very next hand I shove my remaining 4.5 BB with K10 suited and ran into another ace that held and ended up dominating me.

Though I didn't have it tonight, I understand the hype with the PNY's now. Some of the best feeling chips I've ever played with. The inlays are also awesome, and this is coming from a non-giant inlay kind of person.

I know I posted this photo already, but just to drive home how nice this set is. The relabeled SY $2's for 1k chips go perfectly.
