Took way too few pics for being RVCL debut but had a fun game. Proper Doyle tribute with the 10 deuce flopping the boat, introduced my players to derailment, I really need more 5s.

We had an awesome Main Event Tournament last night. I was doing well in the earlier stages but ended up finishing in 5th. Our league member Steve took 1st place and won the championship bracelet. It was an unlucky but still fun night for all the PCF members in attendance. None of us finished in the money. It's always nice to have @Bfow0804 , @YeaIKno , and @TravNasty in attendance!!!! Special thanks to @TravNasty for making awesome trophies for our top 3 season finishers. I forgot to get pics of the second and third place trophies but I did get a pic of the first place trophy.

But how will I know that the red chips that were $5's last month are now nickels? Gunna be awkward when I grab 5 white chips and say "$5", and it's actually 50 cents.
Yeah, I’m finally getting my group to understand how nice it is to have quality chips (after 3 years). It almost brings a tear to my eye when my friend asks me if I’m looking for sets and then asks if I’m going to by leaded chips because he liked them so much better. Coming from a group who used to play with dice chips to having the same players asking for leaded chips over newer Paulsons is a great success I would say!

I've been playing in a game at a buddy's house off and on for 15+ years now. We just had our first game ever with a non diced chip set which I just purchased. Everyone really seemed to enjoy the Bellagio's. I was a little worried that absolutely no one would care but luckily they seemed to enjoy the nicer chips!
Now the next step is to get a tourney set some day.
