What a great night, everyone in a Christmas spirit and having a great time.
That's Cerissa "hand" delivering a fresh bar pizza (sorry @Coyote I didn't get a close up). One of the best bartenders ever!
Chipping up when I'm running good.
Running better and getting more chips.
Final table! Some killers in here.
"Doc" (the other Mark), played together maybe 12-13 years.
Angry elf Danny, he had some Christmas spirit . . .
On the stone bubble, our dealer for the night Jay, got it in great only to be chopped on the river by a board full house.
Final payouts and me Mark scored the HH with quad Jacks, maybe the fourth hand dealt in level 1 !
You can also see our final donation to the Christmas toy drive (that nearly doubled the entire rest of the lodge donations).

Night with new coworkers; not too sure if they don’t care or don’t know better
4 person tourney with rebuys, every chip was .25, .25/.50 first level went nearly three hours! (more like cash game than tourney), it was the cards that tilted me most! (In for $25, out for $100)

I really wished I loved poker, instead of just the social aspects. After buying of chips and tables and attending meetups and hosting meetups and playing WSOP events and driving hours to an old man's bar to buy his chips after talking on his porch and gambling thousands in chips on the SB coinflip and everything in between, I still just enjoy the tomfoolery of it all far more than actual poker.
So in my latest fever dream sure to fail, my goal is to instead try and get to some home games, along the lines of 1 a month. I've played 0 home games in the last 6 months, and rarely get out to em.
January @kmccormick100 is trying to get a game going. I'm going to attempt to get to @JeepologyOffroad if he happens to run a game in Feb. And then I'm hoping in March or April to get to Texas and hit up a couple of great PCF homegames.
Let's get this party started in December with a little bay area action! Packing up to start the 90 minute journey west.
So in my latest fever dream sure to fail, my goal is to instead try and get to some home games, along the lines of 1 a month. I've played 0 home games in the last 6 months, and rarely get out to em.

Made quick work of that, donating 3-4 buyins at the end within 4-5 hands (all in pre each time). Might be time for a Vegas trip to pay for these home games!
Fantastic meeting some folks. Can’t help but enjoy myself sitting between @quintooo and @sethwanab. Solid hosting by @TheRealTeddyKGB, it’s inviting and fun, planned breaks and snacks, great stuff. It’s been ages since I’ve had champagne.
Always fun letting hold em Barrie out of the cage, despite the absolute wake of destruction.

Wraping up my first yesr of hosting poker games with my 18th home game. Last night's $.05/.10 game that got pretty crazy. Tried to do a micro stakes game to keep costs down but that didn't work for me haha. In for $95 and out for $10.
That's great! I took mine out if the case because I'm not too worried about it getting damaged. Also, I had to look up where I got because I had no idea where it came from. I've just had it for as long as I can remember
