That's pretty good knowledge Nick but no, that pissed me off when he went to LAD & said "I've always wanted to be a Dodger" lol. (And I dont give a $#!% if he was born there either @BarrieJ3!!) I actually ran into Brett all the time in line at the Wells Fargo Foster City during the late '80's. Nice guy.

I also would see Jeffrey Leonard all the time driving his "Hackman" plated Mercedes in FC. He waved or pointed at me EVERYTIME. Super friendly & always one of my favorite Giants.

I just put it together that the symbols on those chips are from hwatu/hanafuda cards. Such a cool idea, I love it.

Great eye! It was something I grew up with and where our roots in gambling and playing cards are. I chose symbols from months that have some significance to our family (eg birthdays, etc).
