The problem you all have is not enough friends willing to risk their lives to corona, to leave their house and come over and help you sip sip.
I wish corona wasn’t around so I could travel to games. Always happy to bring drinks.

If anybody sees this, I am curious as HELL what it's like. I can't decide if I'd turn down a taste, or purchase 5 bottles.

So I just smash some ginger up and add bud light right? :whistling::p

I usually go 2oz booze (bourbon in the case of Kentucky, agree with @detroitdad that 100 proof is best, I like Old Grandad bonded), .5-1oz of lime juice depending on taste and 4-6oz of ginger beer.

Mules for me are a drink I make if I'm feeling lazy, so usually I just make it in the glass, ice, booze, squeeze half a lime and fill with ginger beer to the top.

Poured 2oz from the infinity bottle. It sits at 100.6 proof right now...but going forward, I won’t want to do the math. :p

It’s very smooth and mellow. Carmelly, with just a little burn on the end. It’s good, but nothing really stands out.

Where are you getting the Stagg Jr and BTAC? I can drive to Jersey.
Stagg Jr. are batches 12 and 14; I'm actually able to get them at my local Bottle King for $50. They used to be in the shelves, but now they're in the back and I need to ask for them. but it's only when the bottle comes out. It's not like I can go in there right now and get one.

BTAC was from a pilgrimage to NYC on a bourbon hunting trip. I go every year in late November (sigh, but not this year).

The majority of my stash (many not pictured here like the Pappy collection, OF Birthday, etc) come either from the hunt around NJ or from the few owners/managers that know me and who I reach out to when I know a bottle has dropped.

That's actually the real reason behind the photo. When I attempt to make a new connection the store owner or manager usually thinks that I'm a flipper. This way I can show them that I actually do keep them and drink them.

when are you having a game, I need to pillage your parker supply? ;)
I think this is the reason that the supply is still so large; nobody coming over to drink anytime soon :( ... Last 2 years of Parker's were a disappointment to me. This year's heavy char seems to be a winner, so I gotta find it when it lands...

Ahh, one of my old favorites; pot still bottle is always cool as hell. It's got quite a bit of "raison" flavor if I remember correctly. If you like that flavor profile, it's a common bottle at a great price.
Sounds interesting. I’ll be sure to share my thoughts once I break it open. Thanks!!
