"Not mine," but I was discussing whiskey with my buddy in Toronto, I asked about Alberta Premium Rye and he sent this pic. He noted the two bottles are the same product but Alberta is the only province that doesn't recognize French as an official language. And there's no discount for buying it up there.

The Alberta was excellent, and I’m not a huge fan of Rye.

The Plantation was the best rum I’ve ever tasted, hands down. Easily my favorite bottle of my rum collection. Just fantastic.

I‘m really glad I picked it up. It was a case that was destined to an unnamed Chicago rum bar, but never picked up, so the liquor store put it up for sale to the public.

Just had a Booker's. Sometimes I dig it, mostly I am not a fan of the nuttiness.

Having a Knob Creek 15 year now. I love it so much more than I did when I cracked it. It really took a long time to open up....OR it took me a long time to finally appreciate it.

I don't know how I feel about what I'm about to write...2020 GTS did not live up to the hype. It was a neck pour, but it did not crack my Top 5. On the bright side, I don't need to chase. I'll revisit in a couple weeks...

You def get back to us on that (in like a month)!!

Tried my local mom and pop store today, just to say hi. Not in the mood to buy anything unless it is a Maker's 2021 Wood Finishing series perhaps, or a Woodford cask strength (which I saw a picture of today).

It's sad, but they were all out of Buffalo Trace 750s.

But they had all the liters and 1.75s I could ever want! lolz

That’s a nice price.

I’m a big fan of BT but for normal retail.

I keep going back and forth on whether I should get this bottle or not... The fact it opens up nicely is definitely a plus.
