I'll let anybody have a sample who visits and helps me day drink by my pool. In a week. Last day of school June 3.I need that Russell’s!! Got room for a new friend
I hope you do t mind me saying that, David, but they are charging a LOT for the pours.
Yup. $87 with tax. So probably $65, I estimate. Is that your first Weller in the wild that isn't 107 or SR?

Found those flavors. Had to use a cube to do it. Better than the first time. Still not my favorite.I’m below the label now and this bottle has really opened up. So much vanilla and burnt caramel. I’ve got another bottle, but I’ll save it. I want the shelf space to open something else.

Not my favorite either. Still young. But I think they will improve their juice with a bit of time.Found those flavors. Had to use a cube to do it. Better than the first time. Still not my favorite.
I've seen people rave about the Peerless Rye. I can get it here but it's$103/btl. Worth it? Had it?Not my favorite either. Still young. But I think they will improve their juice with a bit of time.
I had a 200ml and loved it. I’ve been resisting buying a 750ml for weeks... but I broke down today and picked one up. I’m weak.I've seen people rave about the Peerless Rye. I can get it here but it's$103/btl. Worth it? Had it?
That’s just what it is. I paid $97, $125 with our stupid taxes. Like I said, I’m weak.Is $103 a decent price? Seems outrageous to me.
Reminds me....I want your Old Fashion recipe. Always looks perfect. That’s just what it is. I paid $97, $125 with our stupid taxes. Like I said, I’m weak.
For me, the best value in rye is Pikesville. That’s my barometer. It doesn’t break the bank. I’ll even make an Old Fashioned with it. But I’m an idiot. I’ve made Old Fashioneds with Alberta Premium, and likely will with Peerless rye as well.
Is $103 a decent price? Seems outrageous to me.
How is it? I must know, I’m dying to try that oneIt’s one of those days where I’ve decided to sit back and open the good stuff. Sometimes you should!

First pours are a little hot. Aroma is off the charts awesome - I could keep my nose in this glass all day. Flavor is 100% Wild Turkey. I have a Russell's regular, and a Russell's Single Barrel, and I'll be able to give a more thorough opinion after my next drinking session where I compare and contrast the three. How is it? I must know, I’m dying to try that one
Adding to what I said previously, the Barrel strength is potent and will get you drunk quick. I only have anecdotal evidence of this, and just one data point, but it is all I can conclude for now.How is it? I must know, I’m dying to try that one
CYPB you have no desire for?Congrats man! That is such a great find. I'm still waiting to find a non-107/SR. I want to find that FP most, then the 12 year. All the others I could do without
In the early days of ECBP they were difficult to come by as well. Give it a couple of years.Larceny BP C920. I’ve been trying to find a bottle of this for a while. It’s strange that Elijah Craig BP is so easy for me to find, yet this one is impossible. Thanks @Pinkdan.

I will buy ANY Weller I find, at least once given their rarity and low prices...except the SR - I think I am done with that one. To be fair I have never tried the SB or the CYPB. I have just heard that they aren't that great in relation to the 12 and especially the FP.CYPB you have no desire for?
I have a batch 19. It's definitely Top 5 for me.View attachment 707477
Any Michiganders or anyone else have any more info on this?? I doubt I’ll ever see it, but would love a bottle.
I need it. I know they moved things over to Michigan, I wonder if that will make it any easier to find. I’m a fan of regular Magnus too, but I know cigar blend is next level.I have a batch 19. It's definitely Top 5 for me.
