Nicee! Only Japanese whisky I’ve had is Hibiki. You into them?At the lake house for the summer and forgot I had these two bottles that my Japanese buddy brought me when he was visiting. Got into the one tonight and going to crack the other tomorrow night.
But I also forgot about these glasses that were gifted to me. The glass sits on cold soapstone but rolls around on a table without the stone. They won’t spill and just roll around in a tight circle but still cause me great anxiety. They are very stressful haha.

It's a yay for me, especially if you dont have any ECBPs yet - even though i prefer some older versions, it's still a good bottle for the price (usually around $70 here)For those that have it, ECBP a121 yay or nay?
If you can get older bottles, do that. My A119 is better than my A121. They're both good. For those that have it, ECBP a121 yay or nay?

How is the cask strength. I really like the 46.
The Cask Strength is a little better. The key problem is it is $55, and the regular 46 is about $30. I’m not sure it is $25 better.Really good. Better than the regular 46 imo
They are both fantastic. After struggling to come across Alberta, it's now crossed paths with me a lot recently... this one marked down to retail.
And then another one i haven't seen in the wild until today, and have had on the list.

I now understand why I always see empty shelf space where this is supposed to be. Not bad at all and a no brainer under 30 bucks!View attachment 732510

May be a stupid question, but why are people throwing Tootsie Rolls and Tootsie Pops at the chick in the mini car with her dog?On vacation, sipping on OWA107. Might be my favorite daily for the summer. Hard to find, but when I get it, it’s at $70 with tax. And I usually find 2 at a time.
I also brought a bottle of Balvenie 14 with me. That’s a great summer Scotch.
No photos of my drinks, but here are some shots from the parade today.

Other way around, the parade walkers are throwing candy at the onlookers.May be a stupid question, but why are people throwing Tootsie Rolls and Tootsie Pops at the chick in the mini car with her dog?
Yeah, action shot from the parade. People walking and on vehicles were throwing candy and $2 bills at the kids. My kid made $16, plus $5 for winning the 5yo foot race. Small towns are fun. HahahahaMay be a stupid question, but why are people throwing Tootsie Rolls and Tootsie Pops at the chick in the mini car with her dog?
Gonna be a little controversial here, but I don't love Stagg Jr. Very good at retail ($49.99), but I'll take ECBP at $65 every single time.
Nothing wrong with that. I love them both, but I prefer cherry notes over nutty.Gonna be a little controversial here, but I don't love Stagg Jr. Very good at retail ($49.99), but I'll take ECBP at $65 every single time.
Finally grabbed a bottle. Good stuff. The fat cork and bottle is kinda cool too.
