Ok, all done. Fairly confident on 1 & 4, 2 & 3 not as sure....

Flight notes:

1
Nose- oaky and sweet, hints of dark brown sugar and semi-sweet chocolate
Palate- very dark & oaky, lots of charred barrel a little bitter on the finish. Very proofy.
Finish- medium, dry and almost a little bitter, medium
Rating: 8.7
Guess- C921
Actual:C921

2
Nose- lighter, oaky with some vanilla and dark red fruit
Palate- oaky with some peppery spice
Finish- relatively short
Rating - 8.4
Guess - A121
Actual:B521

3
Nose-lightest of the 3, similar to 2 with more hints of chocolate instead of vanilla
Palate-very peppery and ethanoly on the tongue at first, fades to more standard EC flavor - dark, dry oak.
Finish-long, dry and oaky
Rating - 8.2
Guess - B521
Actual:A121

4
Nose-smooth, rich, chocolaty and sweet. Hint of dark fruit
Palate-flavor burst! Dark, rich and sweet, dark and semi-chocolate with a bit of charred oak. High octane but without the ethanoly flavor
Finish-loooong lasting, keeps the dark chocolate tones with some dry pepper sneaking in towards the end. Warms ever so nice.
Rating-9.6
Guess- C920
Actual:C920

Looks like I switched A121 and B521

So my rankingsr/ratings were:
C920 - 9.6
C921 - 8.7
B521 - 8.4
A121 - 8.2

C920 is just a special one, that one immediately jumped out. C batch was the '21 winner between the 3, but it was honestly a lot closer than I thought it would be.

I’ve tried the jug of pedialyte the night of and the morning of and it never cures my pounding headaches lol

Coconut water has more electrolytes I believe. I’m told you can hook up coconut water straight into an IV

I find it best to wake up in the middle of the night to hydrate instead of just before sleep

Two advil, slam a gatorade, and push through. If you're going to be the man at night, you've gotta be the man in the morning.

The only one out of this group that I have had is the B21. My bottle is almost gone :( I thought the B521 was one of the best batches that I have had from the ECBP lineup. That says a lot because I haven't had a bad batch yet lol. Which one was the really high proof, in the 136 range? I LOVED that one. I'd drop one large ice ball in it for about 5 minutes. It was the absolute perfect pour!

I think I have a crush on you.

I think that was last year's January release A120. Everything this year was lower, all in the low 120s / high teens proof. C920 was 132, thats my sweet spot before it really starts transitioning into jet fuel lol
