Batch 17 is so fucking good. But if GTS is a 100/100 (and it is. It’s the best thing I’ve ever tasted.), then batch 17 is a 94. Batch 17 is spicier, and definitely younger. But definitely the closest thing to GTS.
GTS is so refined. It’s hard to explain just how it hits your nose and palate. It’s complex and hits in waves, but with smoothed edges. So. Damn. Good.

I was supposed to get one last year but the case that my local store was expecting was never on the delivery truck. The store manager I know pretty well said he was told there was a “clerical error” and that the warehouse never had any

Alright @wolfpack. I’m back at it with your samples.
I get the same smoky, and briny but sweet notes that I got from a previous sample from you. Maybe you sent me another of the same.
It’s doesn’t taste like scotch to me now, but it doesn’t taste like bourbon. I’m not familiar with many craft bourbons or American whiskeys. But I have to think that this is certainly one. Or a really young bourbon.
It’s not bad. But it’s not something that I’d buy after tasting it. 6.5/10.
I know that I’m not broken now, though. Everything I’ve had in the last week tasted correct. Hahahahaha

I had sunlight coming through the window hitting the globe bar. Then I realized....My whiskey is kind of like a gremlin.

My bottles live in darkness, and never get water. The after midnight part though…

Two Pair
Seems like enough knowledge on this page without me having to go to another forum to ask this question. Does anyone know what the difference is in these 2 bottles? The label on the latest one I picked up has color flames. I’ve not seen another one like it and my searches on the web have come up with nothing.
