I love Ardbeg but all their special releases have just been mediocre compared to uggy.

Frey Ranch released an allocation of single barrel bourbon online today. Sold out in a couple hours. I really like their rye. I thought about getting a bottle or two of this today, but passed. I'll be bummed if I miss their online allocation of single barrel rye.
I have a store pick of this out of Cali. It's good. 4 grain is different, but I like it.

OGD for the ODB if I wanted some today. It's ok for the price, but I was surprised to see so much of it on the shelf.
I really just wanted some margarita mix, was not in the mood to bourbon hunt today. But I did see
Barrell 031 for $96 all in (could get lots of bottles, very tempted, any thoughts anybody?)
Calumet 16 for $150 all in (could also get lots of bottles, less tempted by this, it's spendy)
Larceny BP B522 for $75 all in (stocks are dwindling, and I have bought at least one or two already)
Noah's Mill for $64 all in (I have one open plus two backups, no rush on this for me)
Noah does not show up much around me, maybe once or twice a year.

I have. It’s decent but nothing special. Pretty sweet on the front and real spicy on the finish but it’s a little too over the top. Could really benefit from a few more years in the barrel…I think it’s only a 3yr old bourbon. I think I paid $50 plus tax for mine and that’s it’s absolute ceiling regarding what it’s worth.
Making a flight of bourbon for an out of town friend. Can easily make two more. Who wants one?
