I couldn’t wait to open this! After tasting a sample of this at the barrel pick, I had to get one. This is something special!

B520 is the best ECBP. If you disagree, then you can fight me. :cool

It’s the perfect balance of graham, toasted marshmallow, caramel, burnt brown sugar and charred oak. So. Fucking. Good.

If you are worried, know that I have a few more bottles. But if you have more, I’m buying. @Big Jilm ;)

The B520 was also my favorite bottle to date

You're off by 4 months..... C920 is king!

View attachment 947568Went out to grab @wolfpack a second bottle of his head to head bracket winner…and this happens

I’ll never pass up a Knob Creek store pick and having a backup Sagamore is nice…it’s a killer rye!
Please note, you cannot open the bottle on the left without a cheap synthesizer soundtrack playing.

Not the most complex flavor, but by no means harsh. Total impulse purchase based on the label.

We have to leave bright and early for the airport. Instead of packing, we decided on round 2.

New Riff for me, Old Fashioned for Colleen

You're on dangerous ground. Last time Liz and I did that, we went for round 3, and still didn't pack. Just took empty luggage to the airport and bought everything after we landed.

So just had this and... Ho-ly shit

Ingredients
2 oz. Old Grand Dad 114
1 oz. Jim Beam Rye
.25 oz. Piloncillo*
3 dashes of Trinity Bitters (equal parts of Bittercube's Bolivar, Orange, and Cherry Bark Vanilla)
Garnish: Cherry Skewer and Orange Peel

I had to look up Piloncillo. I'm a sugar junkie. Piloncillo looks good enough to eat plain all by itself.

I had to do the same.

I was stunned ogd114 was in the drink. Glad I asked, and glad they shared the recipe. Arguably the best OF I've ever had. Just really nice.

Dare I say better than one with AP in it?!?
