Strictly from 2 dry months? That's pretty impressive.Last dry Friday of 2023! Down 34 pounds. 10 months to gain it back...
Zero alcohol, sub 1000 calories and 60 minutes of cardio per day. No fun, but resting heart rate down to 65 bpm and I feel great.Strictly from 2 dry months? That's pretty impressive.
Wow, the sub 1000 calories/day thing would be tough. Cardio thing is impressive too... well done.Zero alcohol, sub 1000 calories and 60 minutes of cardio per day. No fun, but resting heart rate down to 65 bpm and I feel great.
My main issue with diet is empty calories from booze and late night snacks after catching a buzz.Wow, the sub 1000 calories/day thing would be tough. Cardio thing is impressive too... well done.
Try eating nothing with "added sugar" and nothing with white flour.
Whole grain ok, fruits and vegetables ok.
It's sort of a modified Keyto type of thing, but it is way more sustainable than what you did and what Keyto diets restrict you to. I'm down 35lbs and have kept it off now for a couple years
That makes senseMy main issue with diet is empty calories from booze and late night snacks after catching a buzz.
Those are older. They were bottled in 2019, and they are just NOW being put on the shelves? Still only 7 yrs old. Probably decent value for the $60.
They do look like they have about 3 yrs worth of dust on the top.Ha, I didn't even notice that, maybe someone found a random box in the back of the store, lol.
If you like that 2022 release, I have one each of the 2021 and 2020 release that I would sell cheap.
I loved the 2021 release and I’m really enjoying this one too! I read that the 2022 release is the remaining 2020 barrels that weren’t used back then and just set aside for 2022.If you like that 2022 release, I have one each of the 2021 and 2020 release that I would sell cheap.

I don't ever recall seeing a KC single barrel rye before, anyone ever have one?
I couldn’t agree more!View attachment 1087920
KC SiBs are really good.
Agree bourbon is harder to get. But not impossible since even from here in Indiana I have 1 open with 2 behind. I do buy at least one when they show up.I couldn’t agree more!View attachment 1087926Fortunately, the SiB ryes are fairly easy to find around here. The bourbons not so much
I’ve never seen a KC SiB private barrel bourbon in my state. Every bottle I got came from another state.Agree bourbon is harder to get. But not impossible since even from here in Indiana I have 1 open with 2 behind. I do buy at least one when they show up.
