We pick up our Scrub Donkey New Riff Barrel next Friday!

Sadly, I am just here for a few days on vacation, but I would have bought the barrel that we tasted instantly if I had the option. It was pure amber maple syrup on the nose with nice notes of citrus, plenty of oak and a great vanilla finish on the palate. Absolutely incredible.

The 12yr is their sweet spot for me. If I could only find some 12yr store picks again but sadly I think those days are over

Around here KC12 is such a widely priced bottle. $60 at some spots, $80 at others and occasionally $100+ at some joints, it's crazy. One of my favorites, totally worth the price in the $60 to $75 range for me.
