How is it compared to the "older"? Never had that one.
At $45 a bottle, I think it’s their best value in the lineup. Its a high rye MGP that’s very sweet and fruity with a nice big cinnamon spice finish that really lingers. My last few UCUF’s were disappointing compared with their early batches, so I’ll most likely keep getting the youngers instead. How is it compared to the "older"? Never had that one.
1/2 day since my kid had to come home from school early because he had a fever.Nice early start on the left coast
Hope he feels better! I know after a few more ryes you most certainly will1/2 day since my kid had to come home from school early because he had a fever.
Haven't seen that here yet. Heard good things.
Based on the first taste of this, it's probably the best of their recent bottled in bonded offerings so far (I enjoyed the triple mash more than the standard bonded). The dry spicy rye notes meld very well with the standard sweet, vanilla-banana-caramel JD flavor profile. Very smooth with a nice warm finish.Haven't seen that here yet. Heard good things.
"pretty damn tasty" rating from @Irish! Now I gotta pick one up!
