Well, since you created this thread to ask what they are worth, I feel compelled to tell you that expecting anybody to pay $5 per chip is pretty ridiculous -- even if you were selling them as single collector chips on eBay. They just aren't worth anywhere close to that. I know, because I've been the primary purchaser of nearly all of these chips over the past several years. If anything, the recent addition of more chips to the market will likely drive prices down -- supply vs demand.
Recent prices for volume sales have been under $2/chip, often less than $1.50 per chip. In addition, it's very unlikely that anybody is going to be interested in buying 20 of each of the denominations, since there is absolutely nothing that one could do with those 80 chips (even sample sets cannot be made and subsequently sold, if purchased at that price).
If you are actually serious with your statement about selling some of these chips to fund your CPC set, I'd be willing to pay $400 for 229 of the $100 chips. It's a fair price, and you get the cash you need for your customs. Let me know if interested.
