Same. Let the glue on the band get hot and remove it. Don’t slide it off ever it can catch a piece of the wrapper and tear it.

That is the old band. They keep selling them. I'm not sure if they are still producing them or there is still supply left. All crafted by the Master Jose "Don Pepin"Garcia, father of My Father cigars, Master Blender. I met him at an event and spoke to him for about a minute before I realized he didn't speak English. He smokes 12-13 cigars a day. He signed my box.
