I went with a T100000 Set:

if anyone feels like ordering 1000 "extra" and selling them to me, I'd pay a slight premium.

Planning to go with something very close to what @gopherblue suggested for T25 base T10K setup for two tables.

Behold, the world's best 600 chip tourney breakdown for 20 players, T10,000 stacks with rebuys:

160 x T25
160 x T100
80 x T500
140 x T1000
60 x T5000 (or 50 x T5000 and 10 x T25K)

TOTAL BANK: T500,000 (with no T25K)

600 chips. Starting stacks of 8/8/4/7. Do a search on PCF or the blue site for "BCC GCR" and "Goph" and you'll see a couple breakdown threads on the ideal T10K breakdown. My breakdown above is super flexible for all tourneys up to 20 players, and allows you to have T10K starting stacks, which I think is the most popular starting stack size. You'll also have more than enough chips for color-ups and rebuys/add-ons.

How do color-ups work with this breakdown? It seems like there wouldn't be enough 100's or 500's? I'm still not quite sure how color-up math works, but the Breakdown Calculator seems to think I need more 100's and 500's for color-up.

All color-ups are done with T1000s (and T5000s). Guy at table with all the big chips colors everyone else up, then gets colored up by the tourney director. Coloring up with hundos and T500s is inefficient generally, and also means you have to buy more chips of those denoms that are rarely used.

Just came from that thread... good to know there will be some options for cheaper tournament clays. Not a fan of those THC inlays though.

I wouldn't think there would be difficulty discerning the two. The cranberry is such a deep red and the pink is very light like bubblegum. Same with the two blue. Based on the pics they seem very discernible.

You will likely see these sold on the classifieds at some point and probably not much more than cost due to them being available for just about anyone through a Gemaco sales rep, however, things could get pricey should Gemaco decide they don't want to sell these any more. I'll keep you in mind if I eventually sell these.
