Anyone truly know if the playing cards that are sold at 99 cents/dollar store and other like stores are true used casino cards? Or are they reproduction? Also if reproduction im assuming a lesser quality card brand? Any info on appreciated.

They’re almost definitely real. They’re paper cards that have been used in the casino and then marked - either they have a corner chopped off or a hole drilled through the deck. They’re perfect for kids playing go fish, but nothing you’d want to use in a real game.
Somebody was auctioning a lot of these here, within the last month or two, and shockingly we all behaved and did not crap on his thread. But yes, they’re sold at dollar stores because they’re practically worthless despite being beautiful, good-quality paper cards.

I agree with the above posts but I still kind of like them for not-so-serious card use. Those NYNYs are usually pretty neat as they use apples instead of hearts.

They are 100% real cards. Same thing that @upNdown said that most of the corners have been cut off and sometimes they are marked along the sides which most people don't enjoy. They are more so blackjack/baccarat and other table game decks that are used. You would not want to use these for poker because they are plastic coated paper and once you bend them they are stuck basically. Nothing like 100% plastic decks.

Real... Possibly Paulson's
They even sell preshuffled deck for black jack...

Agreed, real! I used to buy them at my local 99¢ store until they stopped carrying them and started carrying new but really crappy cards instead.

we use bicycle cards. I actually collect and love buying decks (its an expensive hobby as well as poker chips) but the peeps from my home games have been loving it so much they're buying their own and we'll crack it open and use it then. We used some harry potter decks and some skeleton style decks this month for halloween

I haven’t used a paper deck in a long time. But I would think that unless somebody is marking corners or something that they’re fine for a single session.
