Awesome thanks! FYI, any idea where I would find out the chip specs for my chips? I looked at the chipguide website and it lists the manufacture but doesn't have sizes and such? Thanks again

That info will come with knowledge of these things, plenty of which you will find on this forum. "Normal" clay casino chips will all be 39mm in diameter. Of course there are other size chips made by these manufacturers but they are the exception and used in more special applications such as high value chips. Casinos also use non clay chips for "normal" use and they can vary to 39 or 40 mm, depending on manufacturer and these racks should work for all of those.

I bought a ton of the 40mm cases for Paulsons and love them!

Has anyone ever shipped chips in these? E.g., sealed, then covered in bubble wrap?

My sense is that the chips might move around just a little too much for optimal safety, but curious whether anyone has actual experience doing this.

I ship chips in them. They seem to do fine. I makes sure the chips are tight in the rack by placing bubble wrap in the empty space, then wrap each rack in bubble wrap. No problems so far.

You can probably wrap each barrel in plastic wrap before putting them in the racks. That’ll protect the chips and reduce the wiggle room.

I received a rack exactly in this way:
Barrels wrapped in plastic wrap, inside the rack.
The barrels didn't move inside the rack and the chips didn't rub on each other. Everything was snug and well protected like this.
Highly recommend.
