Became a sous chef for Mike the meat man today. He jumped to the professional level for the biggest competition he's ever been in, the National BBQ Cup.

Honestly I have no clue. I was staked to the table all day so I didn't get out. There were over 100 teams here with some from as far away as California.Nice! Any competitors from my neck of the woods??? My go-to BBQ place just closed down a couple of months ago; now I'm a bit at a loss for "meatup BBQ."
