Tangiers and the Quest for a Tina Hybrid Faux Inlay (8 Viewers)

I am just seeing this thread. These look awesome. A few questions:

1. Is the tangiers an actual mold or just a print?
2. Are these chips slippery like the original Tina chips? Or has that issue been resolved? I have not been following the evolution of the Tina chips.
3. Will there be a 43 mm chip option for higher denominations ($500 and above)?

Let me know. Thanks!

1. True mold
2. Not slippery. Within the mold is cross hatching. Similar to Paulsons and top tier clays. This limits the slippage. Hence the new phrase “hybrid”. When you see Tina hybrid that’s the improved mold along w Greek mold and the new molds @justincarothers is producing.
3. I don’t see why not, but @Cratty hasn’t made those yet.

This is a special made mold and I am not sure if you have held the hybrids but they are not slippery

Yes - the 4 circles under the label.
But there‘s a small nibble on the rolling edge.
At least the chips i got, have this small nibble…

I don‘t mind, but if they grind it before printing, they would be perfect!
Still exist, will have to see in person how noticeable they are though, not sure if there's any improvement.
