Tangiers and the Quest for a Tina Hybrid Faux Inlay (5 Viewers)

Texture still to be added to the mold... but.. early production example. Thanks @justincarothers !

Very cool.

I just checked the latest dealer button buy and do not see a Tangiers button. How are we supposed to have one on stand by for when the chips arrive?
I know I know... I keep messing around with different button options (default being pretty obvious - standard white button).

That said, toying with idea of doing a dealer plaque in the next GB instead... first 10 min draft below. I recognize I'd probably have to buy 50x personally to meet MoQ. lol

Love it! I'd definitely be down for one...

What about removing "Dealer" - that way they could be used as a NCV, dealer button, or whatever amount you want?

Alt.. may like this better. Know Tina has done Translucent prints before - might be able to do something with the white scallop bg.

Well, shiiiiit. I was on the fence between this and a few other Tina options, this Dealer button looks great and I’d want to get the full set. Selfishly I’d prefer the red so it’s more obvious and stands out as a button.

Awesome work @Cratty

Or as a bounty if building a tourney set.

In terms of design on a plaque, you could use the alternate logo for some diversity:

or do something like pay homage to the building entrance like in this photo:

A 3d printed sword or camel (as depicted in the graphic) would be another idea, of course with Dealer printed in it

I'm guessing most of you posting that eBay link don't know about this listing and who made these replica chips on here:

The original chips were made on that plastic chip. Most of the time for a movie they don't spend time getting chips to look amazing, so that's what they wanted to use. I give props to @TheHun for taking the time to make these. They're not too bad. The original movie prop chips sell for absurd amounts of money.

Now that I will 100% believe. There are too many other things for the production companies to worry about that are FAR more important. Realistically, how many people outside of this demographic would even notice.

I prefer standard 65mm buttons, hoping some of them get worked in.

I know @Cratty said there wasn’t much to do with them…. But you could do the killer sword logo in different colors and background colors.

And (dark horse, but worth a try): perhaps work up one for the “Ace’s High” TV show… maybe one for the pawn shop ran by the psychopath. Maybe on the backs… I dunno. The “rum ham” chip from the always sunny in Philly set made me think of some of these “far out options”
