If someone else hasn't already? next time I host I will experiment with whether you can add time to the 3 hour pass as this seems by far to be the most economical option to host.

A 7.2 hour game with a queue that I hosted today to get familiar with the app cost 60 gold.

@MatB Two quick things. First, thanks for organising the club and dealing with all the back end accounting. With 50+ members there has got to be a few annoyingly forgetful, slow or incorrect payers. I'm sure it is a tedious and frustrating job at times, so thanks! Second, post your referral code so we can all enter it in and keep some free gold trickling your way. 10 gold by 50 memebers = decent amount of free hosting.

Thanks , the accounting is not too bad. A few good few hours on Monday and everything sorted.
no issues last week with payments!!

but.... for BigO the ideal setting is 8 player max with 20 second timer.

a few people have found the 9 player, 30 sec action clock a little slow.
8 player max also allows another game to get going and have 4or 5 players on another table
Rather than 3 or 4 in a queue

Thanks Matt! Any standard on how many hands of someone being afk before we should kick them?

We’ve been kicking folks the last two days after 5 or 6 hands to keep them from losing .70 an orbit, but at least once had someone come back and the table was full. Thoughts?

If it’s a queued game is there a way to move kicked person to top of the list if they come back?

you could also tell the person that sits down in their spot that the kicked person may be back and if they don’t mind standing up when they do.

I did not know you could adjust settings after the game started...Ive only hosted one game. But I know you've mentioned dynamic buyins before and I was wondering how you accomplished it.
