We had a weird mail day, 6 packages... one from Wales, one from California.
Hey Dave...not questioning you at all but just curious here. I have a few hundred of these hub mold clay chips in Mason & Co. boxes out of Chicago. Are these not the original boxes you think?Hub mold chips were produced by Burt Co.

Ah gotcha that makes sense. Thanks Tom.Just like a lot of chip distributors from that time. Lots of companies had chips mfg by Burt CO and sold /distributed under their name. Just like BC Willis never mfg chips but sold under their name.

The Bravo's Bar and Casino (Eatontown, NJ) was an impulse buy off FB Marketplace. Giant inlay on RHC, but it uses similar art to the VLV.
They are a great option, for sure; will post a full video review soon on my YouTube channel. Yeah, I kinda screwed up the foam a little, so might end up ordering another one eventually — it's completely usable though, and just me being fussy!I never even considered airsoft/gun cases!
Might look into it, although cutting foam to fit chips has always scared me a bit...
I wonder what the deal with the Bravos bar chips is. There wouldn’t have been a casino or a card room in Eatontown. That is the same showgirl image from the VLVs. Semi customs from Paulson? Any idea?
Correct. Several gaming supply companies sold chips made by Burt Co., often using a proprietary mold design available only to them. Most just slapped their own company label onto the blank boxes used by Burt to ship chips, although a few had custom boxes made instead.Just like a lot of chip distributors from that time.
