The 'zombie hostage exchange' in last week's FTWD episode was a new low for the franchise. Genuine lol moment.

I'm a sucker for continuing to watch but I'm not sure when the novelty if prime time zombo shows will wear off for me. I issue the challenge to the writers: make me stop watching!

Zombie exchange? Lol

I quit watching this show halfway through its first season

Yeah FTWD sucks ass. I stopped watching after episode 3 of the first season. The webisodes are better.

Seems like a pretty silly comment. One of my brothers said making a murderer sucks... he stopped after episode 3. Not saying Fear is a great show but I enjoy it enough.

I'm in this camp as well. While I still enjoy Walking Dead, Fear was just horribly unwatchable. I really, really wanted to watch it too, because the idea of how the zombie apocalypse gets a foothold has always been a topic worthy of in-depth discussion. But Fear made the cast so f*cking unenjoyable, I just wanted them to all die of sepsis. The actors playing the whole Clark family are so awful, I doubt I would ever watch anything else if I knew they were in it. They're just f*cking horrible. A shit-stain on the memory forming neurons in my brain. If the only thing left on television was "Reality" shows and FtWD, I'd shoot the g*ddam TV while watching Fear, just so I could see one of the characters take a well-earned bullet.

I cannot believe this corn-loaded splatter-turd came back for a second season, but Firefly was cancelled after one.

Should be exciting. I self banned myself from this thread a while back because I am a spoilers junky and was revealing too much. Anyone interested in spoilers for this episode, feel free to PM me.

The show is on such a short leash for me. I better see some more character development and less stupid decision making. If we've waited all this time just to have a mildly important character get clobbered by Lucille, I'm going to be pissed. Scott Gimple is a borderline porch dick.

This episode had better be everything that Gimple and Kirkman promised to the fans on 'Talking Dead' after that trolling seadon 6 cliffhanger.

I don't want to spoil it because @Tommy is working and recording it, but I've had to keep this secret for months. I'm pretty close to the filming spoilers and this was a big one to keep in.

I'll say no more :x

"The Walking Dead - it ain't the show it used to be........"

For better or worse, I dunno.

NO SPOILERS! I also save like 7 episodes then binge watch in one go.

Dude (any anyone else for that matter). I get not posting spoilers before the episode airs. However, once it actually airs then it should be game for discussion. The simple way to handle this is to not open a "walking dead" thread until your caught up. I'm especially not waiting for you to binge watch 7 episodes before discussing what happened yesterday.

Most of the time I don't watch it until MON or TUE. I simply don't view the thread until then.

That's messed up! Very good show last night.

I liked it. I'm really glad they didn't just stick with Abraham. If it would have just been him it would have been a pretty weak kill. I was really hoping for carl to lose a hand :)

I stayed up for the Talking Dead aftershow. I'm not so sure Carl should invest in a baseball mitt anytime soon.

Still wondering how Glenn comes back and says "I'm ok, he only hit me in the head like 30 times."

I can't watch the Talking Dead Show. The seriousness that they portray after a death of a Character in the show is just downright silly to me. I get that people get invested in certain characters and what not. However its still just "TV". That is just my opinion. I get that I'm probably in the minority hear.

Yeah I don't like talking dead either...... like im going to watch a show about the show i just watched......ridiculous....... plus the actors are usually douche bags which kinda ruins the characters for me if i dont like them...........

What DD said. You really don't expect people to not discuss the episode for months due to someone wanting to wait and binge the whole season right? I understand no spoilers the night of due to time changes and such but at the same time if you're a few hours behind or just haven't had a chance to watch yet this thread becomes "open at your own risk" come 9pm EST

So we waited 6 months...and over 20 minutes. I really thought they needed to get right to it but they didn't and we waited. By the time they got to Abraham I wasn't surprised since season 6 dropped some big hints anyway. Glenn's death was absolutely brutal and heartbreaking but not surprising either even though Abraham's death was the brief misdirection. I was ready for a second home run from Lucille. The rest to me was filler. The whole weird 'get my axe' stuff just drew on and on. I criticize the show for shitty character development but that's a product of the writing. I know next weeks it's going to be only Carol and Morgan and no check in with Rick and company as they head back to Alexandria. I just don't know how many more times the show will pull the same tricks before fans realize there isn't much else up their sleeve.

Scott Gimple, suck my nuts.

That was a crazy episode. I'll refrain from posting spoilers for today, just in case someone missed it last night, but in the future, @mummel, maybe avoid the thread marked "The Walking Dead" if you want to avoid spoilers about The Walking Dead.

I couldn't quite understand all of Glenn's final speech.... need subtitles (y)
