I honestly love the Cartier Santos. I think it’s pretty hot on women too
Trade me one of your subs
Some boys I've had over the last four years..
You aint lying. This does not include the wife's as well lol. Please, someone, can I just have some money? Lol. The STO Seiko was my first mechanical watch, and one I still have. I'm debating what's up next for me, I've grown tired of ceramic bezels and faces, I need some warmth, some life to the next one.
Oh son, them subs is gone. Too many glances in the wrong places, the market went haywire in the best ways, and even after ya drop... Well a lot... In certain places, they stop selling to ya because you didn't want to buy an overpriced crap shoot like a yachmaster 2. I got all the way out of the Rolex game, but if you really are after one I've got a guy that can get ya a hookup
I'm seriously considering a BB58 bronze on the braceletView attachment 1157562
Warmth? bronze with a nice patina? I've got it on a rubber strap while I wait for a custom length leather strap to come in.
I haven't asked in a min but probably 14-15KWhat’s the hookup becasue those sub prices are too crazy right now. It’s like chipping prices last year. Lol
I'm also a fan of the new airking, love the OP. And now they've brought in a 40mm explorer... Guess it's time to start an onlyfans, these watches aren't gonna pay for themselvesForgot to post this last week, not sure how long it’s gonna stay in the stable lol, I think the OP still wins for me for now. The light as a feather part bothers me, that's why I had to let the NTTD go, but I did end up putting the steel version of the mesh on my Green 300. Also, and I know this is watch blasphemy, I don't go in for chronos....I was getting a link added to that Seamaster today at the local Omega Boutique and I almost left with:

Gorgeous, light as a feather, but so much bling and sparkle I don't think I could pull it off.
My preference would be a traditional date function, the moonphase cause it is a moonwatch, and no chrono. I used to think they were cool but never ever used the chrono. Moonphase is pretty silly to me and this is the only time I'd have one.The light as a feather part bothers me, that's why I had to let the NTTD go, but I did end up putting the steel version of the mesh on my Green 300. Between those two, it’s the Air King hands down for me. Gave that model pretty strong consideration a few years back, but ended up falling in love with the Milgauss.Forgot to post this last week, not sure how long it’s gonna stay in the stable lol, I think the OP still wins for me for now. Ohhh air King ... Tasty. Give ya $5Love my P39, it’s been on my wrist almost 24/7 since I got it a month ago.
If anybody is looking for an AirKing or BBPro, I’m selling both of mine on eBay right now to recoup from some recent purchases. Would obviously prefer to sell to somebody here and avoid fees for me and tax for you - will sell them both at my cost or less, PM me.

Well everyone is entitled to their own opinions, even when they're wrong.I do agree that they're slightly overrated now, but they're still pretty damn cool. They at least edge out Subs and Speedies.

Thankfully, I've got a good relationship with my AD as he lives down the road from me, so I'm just going in at the deep end. He's said that these are realistic, both of which I love:Which brands are you planning to check out?
Not for years, but even from any objective point of view, the sub is aesthetically far more pleasing than that knock off Invicta GS pushes... It's got a power meter!Found the Sub owner lol
For me, a sub wasn’t even in consideration until after the 10th (and last) watch I purchased. It would be my next if I ever seriously thought about watches again, mostly as a tool watch that I could wear and not worry about beating up, all my others are vintage or sharp dress watches and I’m a bit more protective of them.I think luxury watch collectors start with Subs...its traditional and classic...then they move on to the other high end watches. After they get what they think is their grail, they always come back to the Sub.
I'm still looking for a sub myself, but i'd have to sell chips to buy it, so i'm in no rush
I've actually been thinking about an OP41, w/ green dial. I don't own a rolex, I REALLY don't like the cyclops/whatever thing they do on dates so I wouldn't get any watch from them with a date function, and 40/41mm is about as small as I'd go. So either a steel OP41 or an Explorer 40, but I kinda dig the green dial.Thankfully, I've got a good relationship with my AD as he lives down the road from me, so I'm just going in at the deep end. But I'm really hoping that a few bottles of Blanton's might help us wrangle this:
