USPS wins the BS award of the year.
Bought some
CPC customs to relabel. They were sent using DHL (still waiting to see if I get insurance money). Made it just fine out of Germany and across the world. Then handed off in August to one of our many incompetent government run agencies, USPS. Made it to CA, about 90 minutes away to customs. Then poof, gone!
My friend buys a Matsui
CIC set from me that needs more $1's. He's super picky and turned down many great options. Four years later, FINALLY spends the cash to get 3 racks of BJ
CIC $1's and a rack of Matsui fracs. Yup, marked 'delivered' to lock box on 12/31. Not in the lock box... Hopefully they still turn up, but not holding my breath. He may never get his cash set in play now.
I live in newer house (4 years). We have the idiotic community mailboxes at the end of the street (around 20 small lock boxes). Earlier this year, someone stole our blocks entire mailbox. This took forever to replace, issues with having it sitting there for weeks and nobody could get their keys. Then finally get the keys and USPS can't find their key.
Two other blocks of time (right now included) where for some unknown reason, USPS suddenly doesn't have the key anymore. So we had a small note taped to our mailbox saying, 'carrier does not have the key to this unit. Go pickup your mail at the post office'. Just where we all want to go during the holidays... We're going on 3+ weeks this time.
So my New Years resolution is to stop buying chips. If I must, I'll send signature required or even pay for another delivery service.
Why not include some Pron:
Set that's been sitting waiting for enough $1's:
1 rack of .25 and 3 racks of $1's lost:
CPC cash set lost:
