Time for a cocktail! (6 Viewers)

Haven’t had a margarita in almost a year, so I figured since I was making fajitas…

Nice tequila, agave, and a brilliant orange liquor - but then you stop short by not buying actual limes for juice?

Are you actually Patrick Mahomes?
It was a spur of the moment idea…bottled lime juice is all I had. I typically use fresh key limes for my margaritas. They were still very good!

As for being Patrick Mahomes…I cannot either confirm or deny that:cool

I will sometimes use bottled key lime juice if I'm out of fresh citrus.

It's not the same, but it's almost always better than not having a cocktail at all (or leaving out the citrus entirely)!

Get a vanilla bean, split it, and drop it in a bottle of bourbon for a few weeks. Make a blackberry syrup. Mix a couple ounces vanilla bourbon, a spoonful of blackberry syrup, and some orange bitters in a glass with ice, and finish with an orange twist.
So you just whipped it up, spur of the moment then?

A Perfect Negrotini? I meant to make a perfect martini, but used Campari instead of dry vermouth. So it's a Negroni with 2 parts gin, 1 part sweet vermouth1 part Campari, and a dash of bitters. After fucking it up I decided to garnish it with an orange instead of lemon.

It's not half bad!

At my brother's house, and it's time for a "choose your own adventure". Do I go left or right?

Interesting. I really like the Jefferson's Ocean offerings (definitely something different), but I'd probably have to go left just to try that maple syrup barrel. I'm thinking it'll either be delicious or terrible, no in-between....

Had a little Irish whiskey to kill so I mixed it up a bit, Irish old fashion. Came out pretty good, definitely an interesting twist.

Satan's Circus

Take 10 Thai bird chili peppers and bisect them longways and remove seeds. Take the 20 slivers and drop them into a pitcher, pour in the whole bottle of Aperol and allow to soak for 4 to 5 minutes.

Strain off the pepper slivers and pour the Aperol back in it's bottle.

Throw the following into a Cocktail shaker:

2 oz rye or bourbon
3/4 oz of infused Aperol
3/4 oz Cherry Heering
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
Ice

SHAKE IT LIKE THE DEVIL. Serve.

It will be strong. It will be red. It will be hot. Your guests will be impressed.
