Maybe “suggested” donations? Even then I would PM Tommy first if going that direction.

Agreed. It’s a legal issue for the site, the issue is paying for entry to a giveaway is considered a raffle. I was never around for those as they were discontinued before my join date.

I think the big difference here though is money would not be going to the raffle organizer. I'm pretty sure those old raffles on this site were for profit ventures. That makes a difference.
