Yeah I love the side cart, but it does cost a seat. I've settled on 9 players as the norm. Can still get 10 if had to.

Had a Derby party and broke out the Horse game. Went old school and played with real quarters and dollars. Stakes got progressively higher as the night went on.

Implemented a fun rule at the end. If you roll a “hard way” and it’s a penalty horse then you pay double.
