Aria and Bellagio seem to have racks and racks of razor-crisp $1 (more at Aria) and $5 (more at Bellagio) chips for anyone who wants to harvest them! Easy to get a rack or two from the cage.
Made a stop to harvest a couple of racks.

Two mint racks from resorts world and 2 of the new hot stamp racks from Paris. Plus a couple of barrels from stops along the way.

Thank you for the observations while you're over there: any other harvesting opportunities or stories from other casinos?

The saddest 565K stack I have ever seen. #Letthemhavechips

Have mostly been to those three since I've been playing medium stakes for the most part. Anything you're looking for?

I'm interested in hearing about Aria $1 and $3 chips and was hoping to hear some stories of the Paris THC $1 still being out there

Paris THC $1s are mixed in. When we were there last week it was around 20% THC, 80% RHC in each rack. The THC chips are a little dirty but still pretty sharp. Definitely still chips you would want to take home, but just way, way more work to get them in quantity than over the past two years.

Thank you for the update: it confirms how difficult it will be to get racks of the THC chips from now on

Depending on quantity and prices, the RHC looks like a good candidate for a limit set

I had to get thirteen racks to complete two racks of the THC. The final numbers were 1090 RHC and 210 THC.

Played 5 days last week at Aria. Lots of sharp $1s in play it seemed, even if a lot of them are pretty grimy. $5s and $25s pretty mixed. Ended up with a couple of the $3 chips from one dealer, but that was the exception - they're typically only used for the drop.

I was able to buy a few chips from the cage however without any issue - I asked and the guy just said to say which chips and how many I wanted. I didn't ask about $3s, but I don't suspect buying a couple as souvenirs would be an issue.

Thank you very much for these details: it sounds like harvesting $1 and $5 chips in larger bunches is probable while scoring the $3 chips in quantities beyond souvenirs will require a lot of creativity

Pokergo streams using cameras covered in cheesecloth and said sure let's jack up our monthly price this year and not do a WSOP yearly discount.

The 50k tonight has the potential to be a legendary final table.

13 alive. Chip leader is Viktor "Isildur1" Blom. Professional agitator Martin Kabrhel is 4th. Chance Kornuth, who was at the controversial final table with Kabrhel, is 8th. Spanish pro Adrian Mateos is considered to be arguably the best NLHE player in the world and is in 7th. German Leon Sturm is in 6th and won the event last year and looking to repeat. Jonathan Jaffe is looking for his first bracelet and sits 3rd and is considered one of the best to still not have a bracelet. Oh and Bruce Buffer (yes THAT Bruce Buffer) is in 13th and still alive.

Insane story line potentials are all over this one.

Anyone else watching this final table? Aido has the energy of a husband at a restaurant trying to check out the hot girl at the other table without his wife noticing and it is cracking me up. Every time he is in a hand he stares straight forward and occasionally quick glances his opponent and looks back straight forward like he trying to not get caught looking.
