If anything, the inlay on the 25K sucks because its just smaller pics of previous inlays of the smaller denoms (specifically the mask of the $1, the clown of the snapper and the jazz band of the $25). You can see what I'm talking about right in @CoolDude53's pic.

It appears that everyone dislikes the colors of the clay on the 5K and not the specifically the inlay.... and would actually enjoy being in a Second Line.
