No template needed...since the chip art and label art need to be sent separately, art within a 39mm circle for the chip and within a 24mm circle for the label will work fine. For 43 mm chips, use a 28.3mm circle for the label.
Stick with CMYK colors for most consistency.

Oh, for that, I made a faux web mold for mockups. I'll PM you with a link to the Illustrator file.
I am a little late to the party but will be looking to get in on the next round of these.
A question I have though is would it be possible to get the aurora star design on the web mold or is that design limited to card/no mold?

The base vinyl for the label has a sheen to it. The reason the Sunset Beach looks more brilliant is there is less ink printed on it so you see more of the base vinyl. The more ink coverage, the less you’ll see of that sheen.

This totals 800 not 750 and you do not have them in 25 chip increments
