May upset vegans?How about butchering?
May be tricky to find the right word that matches the finality of change to the chip.

Broken in CPCs? How many hours of shuffling are you looking at? I've had my set since 2015, and they're still not rounded/broken in.Agreed. 4 or 5 doesn't do it, a big broken in shuffle stack is worth it to figure out how they'll feel and sound.
10. Though a full stack of 20 is useful when evaluating a mold. How many chips do you need to "feel" the mold?
Just asking, because I was thinking of bringing sample sets to the next meetup and see how many people can actually identify a mold by feel only.
Of course there will be betting involved.
FWIW, I have long held the same opinion for a number of misused words/terms. Raped, Nazi, Murdered. All meant to convey meaning, then overused to the point that the word has become desensitized.I’m not trying to change anything here, I was just posting what I thought might be an unpopular opinion. I just personally don’t care for the term. I felt the same way when it became popular for people to use the term “murdering out” their cars. And again, I know that nobody means anything by it, but for some people it’s a reminder of unpleasant things in a setting where it’s not really needed.
This forum was here long before I showed up, and will be here long after I leave, i’ve been having a great time here and learned a lot. So please nobody take this as anything more than just a comment.
Those words are a matter of knowing definitions though, and the vast majority of individuals do not…FWIW, I have long held the same opinion for a number of misused words/terms. Raped, Nazi, Murdered. All meant to convey meaning, then overused to the point that the word has become desensitized.

Don’t get me started on et cetera, and how everyone says exxxccetraaa. They truly murder the pronunciation, rape the Latin language itself & will “NOT SEE” that they’re retarding their own progression.
(I tried my best)
Loose money is the best kind of money, especially at the poker tableLoose vs lose annoys the hell out of me.
“I don’t want to loose all my money”
WTH does that mean? How do you loose money?
Mine are nuclear and realtor. It's especially bad when actual realtors say it as re-li-tor.Those words are a matter of knowing definitions though, and the vast majority of individuals do not…

Realtors are a scam anyway. It’s just an organization that came up with a fancy word for real estate agents.Mine are nuclear and realtor. It's especially bad when actual realtors say it as re-li-tor.

I know people who play 0.25/0.50 cent with $25 chips as fracs! It's ok to play a 10-20ct cash game with 10ct and 25ct chip on the table.
NO!!!I know people who play 0.25/0.50 cent with $25 chips as fracs!
You're all sick. Sick, I say.
10 chips minimum. I would LOVE to know the results if this ever happens!! I think one could narrow it down to a few if they know the molds really well. However I don't think anyone could nail every one. It would certainly be entertaining!!How many chips do you need to "feel" the mold?

Your telling me you could tell the difference between Jockey and B Diamond by sound alone???The sound alone would give it away
i find 10 is the right number and 10 set of 10 different molds fitted nicely in 1 rack / box as well. How many chips do you need to "feel" the mold?

No it wasn’t.I had a thought the other day about custom vs semi custom debate.
When the blank T molds were available(blank solids) from Micheal Patton, the general consensus was to call them TMSC(T mold semi-custom). Back then everyone had them hot stamped, myself included.
When someone orders a solid set from ASM/CPC and has them hot stamped, they are considered customs. What’s the difference?
i wish she was one of those realtors, but it would just get me in trouble with my wife.I’ve seen some videos online of some very, very persuasive and friendly female realtors.
I’m not looking to buy a house but I should maybe take a look, just in case
Damn Kyle, reading this makes me so sad. You had some killer chips in here. I’m still a fan of RPC, people just like to hate what they don’t have.As somebody who had a large hand in designing the RPC cash sets and 43mm tourney set, I can say that the GPI limited spot patterns were devastating. We were told that pattens
# 18 21 26 28, 29, 30, 31,32,33 35 aka all the best ones, were all unavailable and only options for casino reorders of existing chips. I’m not sure what witchcraft Ken pulled to coerce GPI to make an exception, but it was both exciting to see and soul crushing after not having the option. Here’s the design brochure as GPI provided it. View attachment 1280438View attachment 1280440View attachment 1280441
The original RPC cash lineups were something more like this. GPI also ended up subbing some colors even in the final lineup, which I don’t think the Tigers were subject to either. View attachment 1280443View attachment 1280456
The 39mm tourney set ended up being designed by a different party, but my original design was supposed to be a 4W set prior to that spot getting pulled too.

That might be a step too far. They're objectively impressive. Pleasing though? In my opinion, a lot of them are garish (including all three that you've pictured, no offense.) I'm not shitting on the set. I've seen some tigers that blow me away and some that I don't like and really I haven't kept a scorecard.Yes, they are objectively aesthetically pleasing.
