What is your Favorite name for a CPC hot stamp tournament set

I'd be up for 600 btw...

Important question for me: Will the colors be pre determined or each buyer will be able to pick his/hers own colors?

Damn it man. I was working on a custom solid inlay set with DG colors and now i think i want hotstamps:eek:

Interested in about 600 but like others have said, will depend on finalization of colors and naming.

The price point is so attractive for the quality of chip (CPC top notch) so I couldn't resist it if the design is even mildly appealing.
 
I'm surprised the forum has so many votes. We have poker chip forum ceramics already that are available but no royal cardroom options ATM.

If all the people that voted royal cardroom want to do a second group buy on a set of dies for those I'd be willing to run it.

Agreed.

For me, using chips called The Forum, that I purchased from The Poker Chip Forum, exceeds my personal comfort level for cheesiness/tackiness. I'm not judging, it's just a personal principle.

So I'm out if Forum is the winner, but would be in for a second GB under another chip name.

My guess is that demand for both of these would be relatively low (maybe T5 less so), and therefore if made would probably just be used by one or two members of the GB, which wouldn't be viable. Happily be proved wrong and there be a huge demand for these and the GB though.
 
I am good with what ever everyone wants to do here. I have heard that there is already a Royal Cardroom out there but I do not know that for a fact. Right now the both Royal Cardroom and The Forum are the clear leaders of the votes right now. Next week we can see how it looks.

Also if another group buy is what everyone wants to do we can do that to and if @MrCheese wants to run it I am also good with that. I was only volunteering to help try and bring this to fruition. I understand everyone has ideas and input so we should take it all in to consideration. I just think it is a bit early trying to start a second group buy but as I said I am good with that as well.

The Forum is more for a Ceasars' Palace knock off and not designed as PCF
 
Are we settling with the A-Mold? I'm a stickler on molds having meaning, and the A-mold on Royal Cardroom is a deal breaker.

I totally get it... but honestly, it could be a titty club in South Philly for all I care. The word association just stretches credulity in my brain.

This is just my own OCD weirdness. Clearly it has the most votes and I'm a nutball.

I understand. I already have a cpc tournament set. No need /desire for two. More cash sets are always golden

I'd be in for about 600. But gotta be honest the names don't appeal to me.
I would like something that doesn't include words that are already tied to well known existing sets.

Instead of having a name ending with the usual "casino" or "cardroom", I was trying to think of some other words that haven't been used in large group buys etc.
I wrote down a few that I don't think would sound like a repeat of a large group buy. But I'm pretty tired right now and may be forgetting some sets.

Such as: Saloon, parlor, alehouse, smokeshop, hall, gambling hall, pool hall, society, pub, café, ranch, shack, hostel, brothel :whistle: :whistling:.
 
in for 600-800 at this price

voted for the Forum because of the mockups (which look awesome-need bigger denoms) , but would entertain a name change there too

The Alehouse?
The Parlor?
The Palace? (maybe too close to the original).


I could get behind anything with a western theme too, but I realize most don't care for that design.
