Just received the curved w/ red mockups, will post later tonight. Very dark blood red could be cool but I think I'm done bothering J5 :)
 
Is anyone interested/willing to act as my banker for a button order? I would like to offer them to anyone interested but losing paypal makes things tricky.

Banker would collect all fees and shipping and can forward the total to me via check, google wallet or wait and do cash in Chicago at the WCB. In exchange for this service the banker will receive two buttons of their choosing and a P&P cash sample set when it arrives this summer(ish) at no cost.

Buttons will be offered regardless, there is always a way to pay. Just trying to make it easier on those that want one :)

Awesome! Inlay is kick-arse. Love the dollar and that spot pattern on the 500 is one of my favorites.

I am probably going to change the base color on the $500 from mandarin red to red on the reorder (not exactly a big deal as I only ordered a barrel for the set)... the spots are DG pink and, believe it or not, the other spot is pink. Think it may show up better on the darker red base but I won't make that decision until they've been oiled.

The wait is what it is, I'm just happy they arrived in time for WCB. I'm loving the quarter.

You need a better pic of the hundo in stack. Only ordered one barrel, set will end up with three (need room for the $500 and $1000 barrels ;) )


I was on the fence on the $5, I wasn't sure I would love it. They ended up FAR better than what I thought, I do love them. The next four raks will be identical to these and I may give the center edge spot a subtle change and mess with the inlay slightly on a couple commemorative racks next year.

Very happy for this as well, I know you were looking forward to being able to take them to the windy city and when I saw the chip in one of your pictures you posted from the first part of the meat up I smiled. Glad it all worked out, sucks to fret over it and I don't know the specifics of your wait but I would be just as anxious to bring some bad ass chalky new chips to show off to the group.


Also, I'm trying to remember, but did you make make sample sets? Was this what screwed up paypal? Sorry, I'm asking a stupid question, but I think I remember you selling either these or the buttons, but then I know at some point pp got pissed at you and I think that was these maybe??

These contributed to my losing PayPal but it ultimately was my own fault with the MM pool. I am still considering whether to offer them on the second run or just nix the offerings and get some extras to give away (hard core sample collectors can feel free to PM me)... at this point it just seems like a big hassle and quite a lot of work.
 
After seeing the $5s in barrels, here's my conclusion: If I had to pick only one chip to have barrels and barrels of in front of me at the table, regardless of the value, it would be the $5. And you know how much I loved the quarter and the $1, and the others also... That says a lot...

I don't have the slightest idea where CSQ now falls on the schedule so I don't have a clue if the set will be bigger or not by then. Current count is:

100 - .25
200 - $1
200 - $5
60 - $20
20 - $100
20 - $500

I am currently adding on:

100 - .25
100 - $1
400 - $5
140 - $20
40 - $100
20 - $1000

Hopefully it will have grown, if not I'm happy to bring it as-is if you think there will be a single table Thursday or whatever.
