Custom artwork group buy. US/CAN CARDS MOLD (7 Viewers)

I would be interested in getting a few plaques 85*53*3.6

If I am reading your chart correctly they would cost $1 each if the group buy bought 1000+ (unlikely). And shipping etc. would be in addition to this figure? Minimums to be determined.

Also I don't own any plaques but 3.6mm seems on the thin side being only slightly thicker than the chips. An informed opinion would be helpful.

I can grab the codes later tonight, and can send them Sean's way to add them to the PDF.
Might also be helpful if we could have a color code that goes from the Aces chips to the color wheels. Such as this:

ACES CHIP #12

CHIP BASE: YELLOW COLOR WHEEL #3
BLUE EDGE SPOT: BLUE COLOR WHEEL #1
RED EDGE SPOT: RED COLOR WHEEL #4
(or whatever the colors are)

That looks like it’s exactly the same thickness as my tournament plaques I had made by BR Pro Poker. Here are stacks of 20 Royals and 20 plaques. They are solid ... don’t feel thin at all.

Samples are great!
I'm not a chip guru by any stretch but not many people are except for a lot of people on this forum. I have buddies that make millions and I bet they might like these more than Paulson's, who knows. I just bought my first Paulson set this week(ClevelandHorse) and also have a set of Majestics. That being said these feel a little heavier and make more of a clink than a thud when shuffling.
Bottom line if you can order 2000 custom chips that you will keep forever bc they are your design for lets say $700 its so worth it in my eyes. Heck, some people pay $700 for a barrel, lol.
Unbelievable option for big tournament sets ups or if you travel with chips and don't want to risk damaging your expensive chips. I can even see these as the only chips you will ever need. To each their own. I'm in and ordering cash and tourney sets.
Plus no stressing over how I'm going to come up with a frac for my Horseshoe set, this set you make whatever you want.

Trying to work out the quantities I will want to get for my chip set since they have to be ordered in quantities of 25.

Barrels of 20, orders of 25 ... COME ON!!!

Nice to have extras if there are any issues with the printing

Out of my 1060 I had maybe 5-10 with an issue.

Yes, I'm ordering a few extras, but don't want to get crazy with it  :ROFLMAO:

I guess I could always give away some sample sets if I have enough good ones.

You sure about this? I didn't see where each unique design had to be in multiples of 25. I thought 25 was just a minimum for each design. So are you saying if I want 240 T1000 chips, I have to order 250? Not that it's a big deal, but I just didn't read it that way.

Pretty much how I felt when getting these. No way I could afford Paulsons at my income but wanted a good quality chip set. Got the card mold chips over the Standard version for Aces, and was blown away by the molded chips. Super durable too, when I dropped a stray frac chip on my kitchen floor many times and it never got nicked or anything! Plus the "paint" on it should never wear out from normal use. I have a sample $100 card mold Ace chip that has a much smoother surface than my own, you can easily seen its been shuffled to death, and there's no wear on the "paint" at all!

I'm so tempted now to get a 400 T100-base tourney set I reworked from Bosco's Aces Tourney chips on top of my extra cash chips. I mean I rarely throw or play tourneys, neither do the other poker people I regularly play with. But man, I just love how they turned out. And getting them at $.30/pc, $120 for 400? Man that's a steal!

25 each design min. I did get 40 of the $20.

Oh, I guess I read that wrong. I assumed minimum of 25 and quantities of 25. if it’s just the former then that will make it easy.

I remember speaking with CS where they can make certain quantity exceptions for denominations. I think it just depends on how big your order is. I know they won't do it if you order the

This pic showing the 3 different chips has me thinking. Has anyone asked their designer to give them edge spots with a V in them, instead of a straight line? I'd like to see something like this for my chips with one, two, or three edge spots:

I would love to continue to see others chip mockups that are willing to share their designs.
I'm going with something very similar to Sean bc i like simple and i like when the denomination stands out. I'm going to change the wording and color combos but use the same two circles with the words in between and denom in the middle. I'm most likely not going to do all black or all white labels going to change up outer ring, inner ring, and denom colors to match the spots and chip colors. Sort of like his one design.

Those hundos are sexy! The ones shared on the ai file have nothing on that version. I downloaded illustrator but even just editing I seem to do more harm than good, I'll have to keep at it a while longer.

Big fan of Sean's 100 as well!
