I had to give some semen for medical examination a few years ago.
The lady nurse (pretty good-looking, by the way) asked if I needed the assistance of some magazines (unfortunately, she did not offer herself).
I was in a relationship at the time, always escorted, so I replied "thanks, the lady (my also good-looking gf at the time) is going to help me with that". Most dull hand job of my life.
