That's the funny thing about societal norms.

Alcohol has been considered normal in many cultures for all ages. The ones that restrict it more find more abuse, especially amongst teens.

That said, I would enjoy a cold beer after a long day working in the fields - which was also normal for 7 year-olds at the time that ad came out.

Very understandable and generally well-received, unless you change the pronoun to YOUR God/Christ/Virgin Mary etc, when it becomes very offensive, and potentially lethal.
