Yes.. it will be in the pics. Paulson and ASM use lathes. HCE had a really unique and automated process for turning down the edges. I may still have video of that working. I'll do some digging.

Initial like removed. I will not be forced into a paywall likewall situation. More of us can do this. We will stop if you post before we un-like the OP below 90. If not, we will continue in increments of 5 until our demands are met.

In the beginning... God created clay...
Well not actually clay at all really. A composite mixture of materials. If I can locate the HCE formula I'll post it. Formulas from manufacturer to manufacturer have changed over the years but they are similar if not fruits of the same tree.

Paulson clay... The only white powdery substance more valuable than the OG white powdery substance. Equally as addictive too.

I had figured Paulson made their employees work in their underwear like coke lockups do to prevent stealing their coveted chips

I'm sure he wouldn't care really.. he would probably enjoy someone trying to enter the market and watching them stumble and getting torched on this forum. :)
This is also a view from 30,000ft. There is a so much more minutiae involved that I could tell you how to do it and you may never get it right... or go broke trying.

He may actually appreciate seeing the nuanced changes that Paulson and I suspect BCC made (if he already doesn't know). Could change his view and methods TBH.
