It’s like it’s been built by someone who’s never seen a poker table so asked an AI chat bot to describe one in a foreign language and then put the answer through google translate a few times.
Oh - and they’re crap at home improvement projects.

Poker Table $20

8 person poker table. Good condition but one support board on underside needs new screws to improve stability. Table is large and fairly heavy. Porch pick up in bristow.

The bottom is worse than the top. At least it's only $20. You probably shouldn't try to "flip" this table. Check out the end of the legs.

Is there a thread for disgusting RAISED felts on poker tables? I hate race tracks, but hate them even more when they are LOWER than the felt. Why would someone raise the felt over the race track? Someone. Anyone. Why!

If you love that, FB market place Baltimore $275 will get you this.

All racetrack tables should be built with the playing surface flush with the racetrack (lowered or raised are both horrible), and the racetrack should also be padded and felt covered (never a wood or other hard surface that can damage cards and chips).

Like the look of a wood racetrack table? Print a woodgrain image on a custom felt.

Racetracks aren't bad if they are higher than the surface.
Cards pitched into a raised wood.racetrack are at a much higher risk of being exposed or damaged (either bent/broken, or scratched and thus marked). I've seen it first-hand multiple times.

I'd call that bad. Even horrible.

You missed the rest of the post, where he said he was referring to the padded rail…
