What’s your player pool? Poor college kids like yourself? Don’t know how you can ever make a go at raising the $$ from games if nobody has money.

You might could generate some interest with a business plan that shows your proposed location, expected $$ on the tables every night, security, and how you are going to play poker and get your damn studying done.

FYI when you start a gofundme/kickstarter (or even something as small as a tip jar) you should "seed" it about 80% to get the momentum going. Ive helped with a few and the seeded ones take off due to algorithm.
