Hustler Casino Live (3 Viewers)

Found this lawsuit from 2014, I can't read legal speak, but looks basically like he was a vendor for a Real Estate training company, and after that relationship ended he tried to use the contacts of the RE training company. Which was a breach of his original contract with RE training company.

Hey, we all got to get ahead right?

FWIW I have no idea if hes shady or not, but definitely has a past of ethically questionable behavior.

Looks like all this was before his faux patriot tattoos too.

After all this time the only thing proven is how dirty everyone looks here. HCL, the productions company, the players Garrett, Robbi, all the other cronies involved, hell pretty soon the waitresses will get dragged in and anybody that is a twitter/facebook/myspace friend or was one of these clowns roomates 15 years ago. They all look like they're just a couple of steps above carney level hucksters/conmen. It would be hard for me to imagine that anyone would want to play in this game after this shitshow but I'm sure they will be overrun with people wanting to throw down because of all the publicity and fame whoring to be had.

It all just stinks and leave a bad taste for poker in general.

He didn't steal from the Hustler Casino (or not in this case of the $15k theft at least). He stole from Robbi. I'm pretty sure she would be the victim in the eyes of the court, which is what matters.
I think you missed my point.
Yes, he stole from Robbi.
She just did a 180 and decided to pursue charges against him.
So the thinking is, if the DA is charging him with stealing $15k from Robbi, shouldn’t he tell the DA all he knows about how he helped Robbi cheat (in exchange for leniency on the $15k theft charge) so the DA can take down Robbi and Rip and anybody else involved in this cheating scandal?
And my point was, does the DA care about the cheating scandal? Especially if it could be argued that the Hustler game is actually a private game?

I doubt the DA cares much about the scandal to be honest. Especially if the victims were made whole. This is California. It's probably all a slap on the wrist. I think you'd need to get the attention of the feds if you want to see any actual consequences of significance out if this. Bryan might not get the kid gloves treatment though, given his prior criminal record. Or so my lawyer friends tell me. And based on my observations living in CA, I believe them. Nonviolent crimes often go unpunished out here.

Has DGAF actually been implicated in this? Garrets tweet mentioned him but I am not tracking whatever is going on on 2+2

Just from listening to that Ingram pod it sounds like there's questions about his win rate in the 2 seat as opposed to other seats. Also something about Beanz contacting DGAF to get Robbi on the show. It's sounds like nothing to me but what do I know?

FWIW, Polk also said his results in the 2 seat looked suspect, but when he and his people looked at all the hands, it seemed fine.

I guess he said he was just trolling and deleted the second tweet. Joey has taken the night off.

I did find this rumor/accusation on reddit though

Wanna hear some fun facts?

Around 2016, LudaChris was a 5/5 grinder at the Bike and a complete nit who wouldn't participate in bomb pots because his backer would "kill him."

Once Feldman started producing LATB, LudaChris started appearing on the show and began making incredible plays. We're talking 5 bets with air when his opponent had nothing. We're talking laying down AA on the flop to one bet when his opponent flopped a set. It's all there in the LATB archives if someone wants to actually look.

In one year, LudaChris moved to the highest stakes and won nearly 300k on LATB, this was unheard of at the time in the mid-stakes games. LudaChris went full god mode and crushed it. At the same time, Feldman was a prop at the Bike and by many accounts, was losing heavily and in significant debt. All around the Bike and the show's player pool, rumors of cheating started to bubble up. Dan Zack went so far as to calculate Chris' hourly and win rate and said while it wasn't "impossible" it was "highly improbable."

This was all before the Postle scandal, so cheating a stream wasn't really thought of as much...but you want to know who LudaChris' roommate was?

It was Ryan Feldman.

And when local poker community discovered that, you never saw LudaChris play on the show again. Feldman was soon removed from his duties on the show, and the owners and the casino swept everything under the rug to save face at the bike.

There's a reason why Feldman is so quiet.

Coming from a guy that said devices were being used hours after the stream.

But yeah lets not destroy people's reputation without clear evidence.
:x

It seems that everyone is clueless on how to act decent.

This saga is hilarious.
This cracked me up. I've been "she probably cheated" since live, but tweets like this make it real easy to hate him. Throws a punch and then tells us to stop the violence as the whole bar erupts lol.
