Hustler Casino Live (5 Viewers)

Of all the "smoking guns" in this case, I think my favorite is probably the one where Bryan asks on Twitter, "How would someone cheat at live chess? Serious question, lol" at the beginning of September. :ROFLMAO:

Then, the very next week, he moves his desk in the control room closer to where he can see the live card feed and moves a a large filing cabinet so that it blocks the view of the security camera. :ROFLMAO:

Nothing to see here... Nothing to see here...
Or should I say:
Nothing to see here ... Nothing to see here ...

I was thinking the same thing, but then I thought about it some more. Do the authorities care?
Laws vary state to state probably. But we learned with Postle that at least in that jurisdiction, you can’t sue somebody civilly for cheating at gambling because the courts don’t care. So can you be prosecuted criminally for cheating? Yes, I’m thinking that the casinos do press charges against cheaters, right?

But then that raises the question, was this a Hustler Casino game, or was this a private poker game that happened to be played at the Hustler? I think that’s a legit question, and if it turns out it is actually a private game, then maybe the authorities don’t care if there was cheating going on? So maybe Bryan actually has nothing to offer the authorities in exchange for a plea bargain.
There’s a bunch of ifs there that I don’t have the answers for. But Robbi’s fancy lawyer husband might know someone who knows someone who knows the answers.

He didn't steal from the Hustler Casino (or not in this case of the $15k theft at least). He stole from Robbi. I'm pretty sure she would be the victim in the eyes of the court, which is what matters.

You do realize that the @JMC9389 post that you quote has a snapshot or Bryan using "..." and he doesn't use a space before.

See below for your convenience. A nothing burger.

So, you use the screenshot of page 1 from "Bryan's" message while ignoring the rest now? Is that what we're doing?

Here's the next page where he uses the "xxx ... xxx"

And here are a few showing Robbi doing it as well...

You can also find her using it correctly, as well as using just two dots, and even a ". . . "

She is inconsistent, just like "Bryan" is. And, also like "Bryan", she sometimes uses " ... " in her tweets.

Is this "proof" that she wrote that message? No. Does it increase the likelihood? Yes. When combined with the fact that they both used "wouldn't not" in their messages as well though, it increases the likelihood significantly.

This is not what a nothingburger tastes like.

It just seems like people are really straining to find a connection. I'm just pointing out there was a blatant inconsistency staring you in the face when you made your post. It was comical.

So when they do something similar it's suspicious? But if there are differences it's just because they're inconsistent people?

Don’t forget “the kid” reference. She called him “the kid” on Joey’s show. And then he referred to himself as “the kid” in the DM. What male over the age of 15 doesn’t just say “I’m the guy”?

At first I was at 95% she cheated.
Then I was at 99% she cheated.

Now I’m at 100% this is some retard level theatrics for clicks and views and we’re all being trolled to all get out.

What kind of asshole sends themselves an apology DM? This is beyond stupid at this point.

HCL is the WWE of the poker world.

This is hilarious, I'm sorry. Even though I've changed from team no cheating to cheating, this is coming from the guy who goes around posting lengthy messages on 2+2 that essentially adds huge fuel to the fire.

Welcome to the internet, Garrett...

It’s almost like he’s confused and giving conflicting statements. Like he doesn’t have his story right or something and weird how he brings that guy in from nowhere and specifically calls him out.

Kinda sounds like somebody else involved in this……

I stand by my assertion that Bryan can still come out looking best here.

Woof by Garrett.

team Garret...

WE GOT YOU BRO !!

A FeW moMenTs LaTeR

WTF HAVE YOU DONE?
It is possible to think he's right here and also think he's made a huge misstep with that tweet.

Honestly… this all follows like some 1980s Macho Man Randy Savage WWF scripted storyline bullshit.

How can anyone take this seriously anymore? And if it’s real, where the fuck are the police in this? Or the Cali Bureau of Investigation? Or the California Gambling Control Commission? Not a single one of them has the time or interest to issue a statement or comment on this situation? Makes me wonder if these games are anything remotely close to being real.

Smells like garbage scripted realityTV poker, shielded by NDAs and contracts. FFS

You know me, I've been saying this from the beginning. Everyone is in on it. Nitucci engineered it all.

This is the most logical conclusion

Don’t forget as well, I posted a long time ago.

Only someone who was sure of an outcome would have the response Garret had in that hand.

Take that latest Garrett tweet as an example. My perception of him is that he's way too intelligent to put that garbage out. There's no way that he lacks that much self awareness based on my personal read on him. The guy is a bit egocentric, yes, but the guy is calm, cold, and calculated. That tweet is just so out of character for him.

My question would be, what does Nick V. have to gain by this? They already have the best live Poker stream. It's not a good look for the production now, hiring a criminal is not a good look, him stealing chips is not a good look. Cheating being a consideration doesn't evoke confidence in the production. Garrett looks terrible IMO, why put himself out there to be criticized. I mean, should I go on?

Maybe he's a born grifter.

Some people are like that, everything is an angle.

Imagine being so good at poker that you could actually identify a cheating scandal simply by watching someone make one bad call in one hand of poker. And not just being suspicious either, but rather so confident in your reading abilities that you're willing to stake your entire reputation on the line for it too. And a good reputation at that. One that took over a decade to build.

Vindication for Garrett is building fast.
