Short version. He does significantly better when seated in the 2 seat vs other seats and has been seated in the 2 more than expected.

Pretty much. Someone put together a series of links of "suspect" hands in which he presses against his sunglasses a certain way, which I'm almost sure is just a nervous tick.

The only one slightly suspect was his folding two pair queens over two's with AQ on the turn that brought a couple of straights in on a bomb pot hand. Even then, not out of the ordinary if he had a specific read on the other player. I've folded AK a couple of times on a board of 10 A K x with flush draws on the board, but that doesn't make me a cheat. I had a specific read on my opponent both times and ended up correct in all instances.

This one sounds like the “she cheated” guys talking to the “I’m not convinced” guys.

“Prove she didn’t cheat or shut your fucking idiot mouth” is basically what you get from this discussion.

Any deviation from that brings several angry posts and threats of retribution.

Doug Polk on his most recent stream disclosed info he learned at Hustler, where he was shown the control room setup among other things:

* 3-4 weeks ago, Bryan moved his desk so that he would have the best view of the hole cards;

* He also moved a filing cabinet to block the control room camera from being able to see his desk;

* He apparently let out an angry yell when he heard Robbi gave GA back the $$$.

What strikes me most here is that this guy is looking for what I’m looking for - what knowledge Garret had before or during that hand to indicate cheating (aside from the ridiculous call.) Maybe Garret is still holding back info or maybe no such info exists. And whether it does or doesn’t wouldn’t prove or disprove anything. But it would make me feel better about Garret and his reaction in the moment if I got something more.

One of my favourite scenes. Not so much for the dialogue but more for the little yes, giant no sign. A buddy and I actually recreated one for his office last year.

The only people that know for sure what happened are the people involved. We will never know EXACTLY how they cheated even if we can be sure there was cheating of some kind going on. They aren’t going to write a complete breakdown of what happened in that hand or what went wrong just to appease curious minds on the internet and risk potential jail time.

Again, to use the Postle example, we had a predonderance of evidence that he was in fact cheating but we never saw the actual display on his phone and we don’t know for certain how he got access to the feed in the first place. A court of law basically found nothing but are you going to invite him to your next home game?

As I mentioned a few posts above:

We can be confident that Postle or Niemann were cheating by looking at lots of their plays and seeing that they are blatant statistical outliers.

In the case at hand, we have one hand. One. Which a number of commentators (including Garrett) have declared could never, ever, ever be played that way by someone who wasn't cheating.

Ridiculous.
