Received an unexpected addition to a purchase I made last week. After gleefully sending the member a note thanking him for the addition, I noticed the chip was completely different than any other Paulson chip I have ever felt. Anybody else have this kind of chip in quantity? The edges feel like a completely different material but I have no clue.

Super oversized inlay.

Ugh, I agree. It’s the 1 chip that bothers me. Wanted to use the same color scheme of the PCA $500 because of how sick it looks but doesn’t really fit here.
This is why my the color at the top of my wish list for CPC is a vibrant, beautiful light/baby blue. Daylong Peacock is by far head and shoulders above the other lighter blue options, but it doesn’t always work. @JeepologyOffroad

I'm not entirely sure it covers the edges. It looks like it does right to the edge and was milled/lathed to that diameter when the chip was finished. I can't imagine Paulson making faux-looking clay squeeze spots. That's something we would do for ceramics. :ROFLMAO:

I suspect not having clay at the very edge might be why it feels strange. I bet these stack poorly being all inlay.

Oddly I think that’s exactly what it is. Similar one some crystal park I believe @HaRDHouSeiNC

There are a bunch of chips out there like that. I sold a bunch of Foxwoods $1s to @upNdown with that mold. I’m sure there are a bunch others out there in quantity, but those Foxwoods are the most I’ve seen.

No, the Foxwoods chips we’re talking about are THC molds with giant inlays. The inlays do not extend to the edge of the chip.
What they’re showing above, with the inlay extended all the way to the edge, is a new one to me.

34h vs JJ (me)
500-500-1k

Pre-Flop
He raises it up to 3.3k.
I make it 6.6k.
Everybody folds back to him and he calls.

Post-Flop
He checks.
I bet 6k.
He calls.

Turn
He checks.
I bet 10k.
He shoves all-in (has about 5k more than me).
I call.

This is one of those “I can’t help but laugh it’s so brutal” bad beats

It gets worse!

Bought into the last flight of the day to get to Day 2 and cash. Down to Final 6 and 4 cash and move on.

We get it all-in pre-flop and I’ll let the rest speak for itself. 238k was my stack and I opened up all-in.

Guy w AK had maybe 100k. Top stack w Jack 5 called me with approx 80k more than me.

What a night.
