So the supermarket had one pint left:

I'm a little confused by the label though:

Are you supposed to subtract the "sugar alcohol" from the total carbs in addition to the fiber? Its crazy, I've been doing keto for like 16 months and this is the first time I've come across this....

Also picked these up as they were on sale for like $2 a pint:

Yes sugar alcohol from erythrotyl (spelling?) do not count on keto. Halo is not nearly as keto friendly. The carb count on rebel is for the entire pint.

Yep looks like the Halo ones are about 6 carbs a serving.

Mint chip! My favorite ice cream flavor!

Picked up pints of Mint Chip and Butter Pecan this afternoon. Haven't cracked open either one yet, though. Considering posting pics in the "Post a picture of your most recent purchase" thread..... :D

Same here, with extra cheese, extra bacon, and a fried egg on top. Parm cheese crisps on the side.
I love a fried egg on a burger, though I missed it today since Five Guys doesn't have eggs. I did get the cheese and bacon, along with mushrooms, onions, lettuce, fresh jalapenos, mayo, hot sauce, and a little A1.

Normally I like a simpler burger, but for some reason when I go to Five Guys, I throw the kitchen sink at it.

I'll try to get my wife's recipe for keto buns to share. Almond flour, mozzarella, and egg are the main ingredients, IIRC. I imagine something like this has been shared already.

Texture is a little different, of course, but eating a burger on an actual bun is much more satisfying.

I use these 90 second buns for burgers. Super easy. Let them cool just a little before cutting in half, then I throw them in the toaster.

Tried some of the mint chip Rebel today, damn its pretty good stuff. Thanks for the heads up @saleen121212 . Ice cream is definitely one of the things I miss, this stuff will help scratch the itch

@BGinGA what did you think?

Someone else mentioned it, and the carton says it. But let it thaw a little before you try to eat it.
The butter pecan is pretty good, but the mint chip is off-the-charts for a keto-friendly treat. Definitely let it soften a bit before eating. Looks like my local Publix carries all of the flavors, so I'll try the chocolate next time I buy..... but as a bonafide chocoholic, but that's a pretty hard flavor to pull off successfully.

Avoiding cookie dough based on above recommendations, and I've never been a big fan of vanilla or strawberry ice cream (real strawberries, that's a different story). But the mint chip will become a staple.

I love the mint, but my wife thought it was a tad too minty. I liked the cookie dough also, it's just got an almond flour flavor which I'm used to now. The chocolate was pretty damn spot on for a "diet" ice cream, it really surprised me, curious to here what you think of it.

My many month update (7.5 months). Weighed in at 211 yesterday. Long way from the 260- 2 weeks before Christmas 2018! Been in the process of moving and switching jobs over the last few months. Lot of eating out, but have managed to keep a lose keto diet. Maintaining very well. Had to cut down on bacon. For a little stretch was getting heart palpitations, to much sodium? Reducing bacon to only a few times a week and taking a Potassium supplement helped that.

I read that the heart palpitations while on the keto diet are from low potassium levels. Eating avocados daily helps with that (or adding potassium to your drinking water).
