Most boring chip? (1 Viewer)

I just saw this on eBay and my first thought was that it was the most boring chip I'd ever seen. And then my second thought was, well there's a bit of color on the inlay - I bet there's been less interesting chips produced. So what have you got?
I'm at a loss for why somebody would choose to have a chip produced on the RHC mold and not make the most of it's obvious advantage - inlay size. Think standard size inlays are cheaper?

I can appreciate Zen-like simplicity... but the logo is cut off, the denomination isn't centered, and the shadow on the location looks messy. This isn't Zen-like simplicity, this is poor execution.
