I LOVE the barrel proof bourbons. I have EC Barrel Proof, Wellers 107, and Rough Rider barrel proof. They are all fanstasic!

Four Roses and Knob Creek barrel proofs are great too. Noah’s Mill at 115 proof is really good too.
I prefer full proof whiskey. You can always put a few drops of water in them if you need to. Lol.

I love the EC 136.8 proof lol. I drop a cylindicral ice cube in it. I love the way the flavor literally changes with every sip

I prefer their earlier German style beers. Everyone now is trying to out hop one another. There's a reason certain beer styles have been around for hundreds of years.
I hear you. Other than Two Hearted ale I prefer to avoid the IPA cluster. Still try new stuff when it’s available. I tried that and a gose last year at GABF from Victory. I would be there now but damn Covid shut it down. A small brewery I am tied to is entered but the new Covid rules will make it impossible for the little guys to compete this year. Nothing compares to octoberfest in Germany though! Nothing!
